Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager who blends coaching, entrepreneurship, and culture shaping to run a vibrant, high-performing salon. You’ll act as the CEO of your location, driving growth, profitability, and team morale while mentoring the next generation of top-tier salon professionals.

You’ll lead talent scouting, master the guest journey, grow the empire using data and tools like the Stylist App and Zenoti, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency behind the chair with established hair guides.
• Clear communication across channels and teams.

Responsibilities
