Hair Cuttery Family of Brands seeks a Salon Manager who acts as coach, entrepreneur, and culture-shaper—the CEO of your salon. You’ll drive growth, profitability, and the vibe while mentoring the next generation of top-tier Salon Professionals.

You’ll recruit talent, optimize the guest journey, and use tools like the Stylist App and Zenoti to grow sales. The role combines leadership with hands-on styling and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a leadership role.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
• Comfortable working in a salon environment with hair chemicals and fumes.
• Basic math for cash handling and inventory; willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with local schools.
• Master the Guest Journey: lead by example behind the chair and coach teams.
• Grow Your Empire: leverage Stylist App and Zenoti to boost sales and scheduling.
• Be the Ultimate Mentor: use the IGROW model to develop associates.
• Set the Stage: maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring salon environment.
