Hair Cuttery Family of Brands seeks a Salon Manager who blends coaching with entrepreneurship to shape a thriving salon culture. You will lead a team of stylists, drive guest satisfaction, and use data and tools to maximize earnings while upholding safety standards.

Expect to manage payroll considerations and performance metrics, while ensuring a welcoming, professional environment. This role offers growth within a large, privately owned salon group with multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a prior leadership role preferred.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day) is standard.
• Must stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions; stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Scout top stylists and partner with beauty schools to build a strong team.
• Lead the guest journey, modeling service excellence to convert first-time guests into loyal clients.
• Grow the salon by using data and tools to optimize schedules, drive sales, and boost reputation.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model to support career development and performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant salon environment following standards and regulations.
