Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Salon Manager with a passion for hair and business. You will recruit top talent, lead the guest journey, and drive growth using our Stylist App and Zenoti to optimize schedules and sales.

You’ll mentor teams, maintain a safe, clean salon, and ensure high energy and quality service. A cosmetology license and US work eligibility are required, with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required in the state you apply.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role preferred.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.

Responsibilities

• Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partnerships with local beauty schools.
• Lead the guest journey from first visit to lifelong client.
• Grow the salon’s revenue using data and scheduling tools.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model to advance careers.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and energizing salon environment.
