Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a vibrant team, drive growth, and uphold the brand's values. You’ll act as CEO of your salon, mentoring stylists and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll recruit top talent, optimize schedules with Zenoti and our Stylist App, analyze performance, and ensure safe, clean operations while staying compliant. Join a company offering strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

Must have a cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Minimum of 12 months in a prior Leadership role preferred.
40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day) is the standard.
You’ll need the physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions throughout your shift.
You can work comfortably in a salon environment with exposure to hair chemicals, scents, and fumes.
Basic math skills for cash/inventory and a commitment to training and events.

Responsibilities

Be a Talent Scout: Hunt for the best stylists, partner with local beauty schools, and build a top team.
Master the Guest Journey: Lead by example behind the chair and teach how to convert first-time guests into lifelong fans.
Grow Your Empire: Use data and digital tools (Zenoti and Stylist App) to meet sales goals and optimize scheduling.
Be the Ultimate Mentor: Use the IGROW model to help associates grow their careers.
Set the Stage: Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring salon aligned with State Board and OSHA standards.
