Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a dynamic team, mentor stylists, and drive business performance. You will balance hands-on chair work with coaching, using our Stylist App and Zenoti to optimize schedules and client experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, payroll awareness, and cash/inventory management, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest journeys in a fast-paced salon environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
• Work in a salon environment with exposure to chemicals, scents, and fumes.
• Basic math skills for cash/inventory and attending trainings.

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with local beauty schools.
• Master the Guest Journey: lead by example behind the chair and convert first-time guests to lifelong fans.
• Grow Your Empire: use data and digital tools to maximize schedule and drive sales.
