Job summary

The Lash Lounge Shiloh is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to lead the salon in coordination with the Manager and owner. You will drive operations, customer service, sales, and member retention while coaching the team to deliver a luxury guest experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, daily operations, and ensuring compliance with best practices. This role requires evenings and weekends and offers growth within a growing, family-owned salon in the St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• Front desk and guest services experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to manage appointments and POS software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is a plus.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Weekly inventory reporting responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support a drama-free salon.
• Hours include evenings and weekends.
• Reports directly to the Manager.
• Assists with the daily operations of the salon.
• Smoothly operate the salon in the Manager's absence.
• Support compliance with salon protocols and best practices.
• Maximize sales and membership participation.
• Make sure guests and team members are scheduled efficiently.
• Provide daily support to team members.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Ensure each guest has a memorable and consistent luxury experience.
• Be phone and text reachable after hours, if needed.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new employees.
