Job summary

The Lash Lounge Shiloh – Green Mount Crossing is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Sales Associate to greet guests, answer questions, and manage memberships and scheduling with our Gold Standard in customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in front desk or salon sales, strong communication, reliable computer skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer flexible scheduling, bonus opportunities, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with Front Desk Sales positions, preferably in Salon/Spa or membership focused businesses.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to work professionally with the public.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Computer skills and MindBody Online experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail & task-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with the ability to work evening, weekends, weekdays.
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: provide the highest level of experience for guests, including the initial phone call, greeting, check-in, information and questions about memberships.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirm times, reschedule as needed, handle calls with excellent service.
• Proactive guest outreach via voicemail, forms, social media, text, and other channels to discuss memberships and services.
• Input guest records into salon software with correct lead source and promo codes.
• Maintain organized work area, manage forms and hand-outs, and assist with sales transactions at POS.
• Educate guests on retail products and benefits; handle returns and issues.
• Assist with salon cleanliness and merchandising, stock retail area, and support events and promotions.
