Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, lead Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and focus on delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and memberships.

You will cultivate a positive, fun work environment and train staff to promote memberships and retail. Previous membership sales and management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Membership sales and management experience required.
• Experience with front desk sales in salon/spa or membership businesses.
• Strong guest service and computer skills; MindBody is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Salon Manager and lead Front Desk staff and Stylists.
• Drive guest experience, sales, and retail memberships growth.
