The Lash Lounge is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily salon operations, drive customer satisfaction, and promote member retention. You will support the Manager in achieving financial goals while coaching staff and ensuring a luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive work style.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience and track record of achieving targets is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capabilities a plus.
• Ability to manage scheduling and appointments efficiently.
• Familiarity with appointment/retail POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager to ensure salon meets financial goals and provides remarkable leadership in customer service, team relations, sales, and member retention.
• Provide daily support to the team and offer ongoing coaching and staff development.
• Assist with daily salon operations and be available after hours as needed.
• Act as the salon ambassador, attending local events to boost brand and recruit staff.
• Lead in maintaining a drama-free, high-quality guest experience.
