Qualifications

• Must hold a cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Leadership experience preferred: 12+ months.
• Ability to manage payroll percentages and analyze performance scorecards.
• Willingness to train staff and mentor.

• Master the Guest Journey and mentor associates to convert guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow the salon using data tools and our stylist app to hit sales goals and optimize schedules.
