Hair Cuttery Family of Brands seeks a Salon Manager to act as the CEO of their salon, driving growth, profitability, and culture. You will mentor the next generation of salon professionals while managing payroll, inventory, and performance metrics.

License in state cosmetology and eligibility to work in the United States are required. This role is 40 hours per week with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. Join a team that values leadership and customer experience.

Qualifications

• License: Must hold a cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a prior leadership role preferred.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
• The Hustle: Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
• Safety: Comfortable in a salon with chemicals, scents, and fumes.
• The Basics: Basic math for cash/inventory and training attendance.

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with local beauty schools.
• Master the Guest Journey: mentor staff to convert guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow Your Empire: leverage data and apps to hit sales goals and optimize schedules.

• Set the Stage: maintain a safe, clean, and high-energy salon environment.
