Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to serve as the right hand to the Salon Leader, overseeing daily operations and keeping the team energized. This full-time role combines behind-the-chair creativity with leadership duties, driving guest satisfaction, coaching staff, and maintaining a productive salon culture.

You will mentor stylists, manage schedules, monitor performance, and help sustain the brand’s guest journey while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential for mentoring stylists.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage the appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor the team using the IGROW model.
• Ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards for a safe salon.
• Support marketing efforts to keep chairs filled and promote the brand.
