Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in the United States seeks an Assistant Salon Manager who blends leadership with hands-on styling to support the Salon Leader and guide the team.

You will mentor stylists, manage the booking calendar (Zenoti), ensure safety and compliance, and help drive a profitable, guest-focused salon. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within the Hair Cuttery family.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours/week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Great attitude, basic math skills for inventory and cash, and stellar communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Manage appointment book in Zenoti and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Coach & Mentor: Use the IGROW model to help stylists hit goals.
• Keep it Clean & Compliant: Ensure state board and OSHA standards.
• Marketing Pro: Support local partnerships and digital campaigns.
