Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily operations while you keep your creative edge behind the chair. As the right hand to the Salon Leader, you mentor stylists, manage the appointment book in Zenoti, and help drive a productive, compliant salon culture.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the state where applying.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours/week).
• Must have stamina to stand long hours and dexterity to perform all salon services.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor and manage appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor stylists to reach goals and advance careers.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
