Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily operations, mentor stylists, and maintain a high-energy, guest-focused salon environment. The role blends behind-the-chair work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring a smooth, profitable operation.

You will oversee the front-of-house and service delivery, while training staff on guest experience, scheduling, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the applicable state.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong communication and math skills are essential for inventory and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the salon floor and manage appointments in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve goals and growth.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
