Julien Farel Restore Salon & Spa in New York City is seeking a dedicated Salon & Spa Attendant/Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, organization and smooth salon operations. You will help with laundry, inventory, and guest amenities while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Join one of the top salons/spas in the United States, located at the Loews Regency Hotel on Park Avenue, NYC, and support a 10,000 square foot beauty and wellness mecca with a professional, guest‑centric team.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury salon, spa or hospitality is required.
• Available 4 days per week, Fridays and Saturdays preferred/required.
• Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean environment across salon, spa, fitness and back‑of‑house per procedures.
• Assist operations with laundry, inventory organization and supplies.
• Replenish towels, beverages and guest amenities throughout the salon and spa.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism and guest courtesy at all times.
• Support spa operations as requested by management.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to address maintenance promptly.
• Set up and break down equipment for events and activities.

SALON & SPA ATTENDANT/HOUSEKEEPER

We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Salon & Spa Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team at Julien Farel Restore Salon & Spa. The Salon & Spa Attendant/Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall smooth operation of the salon/spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top salons/spas in the United States, our 10,000 square foot beauty and wellness mecca is located at the Loews Regency Hotel – on Park Avenue, NYC.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure a safe and clean environment in of all areas of the salon, including spa areas, fitness facilities, common areas and back of house in accordance with standard procedures and protocols.
• Support salon/spa operations with laundry, inventory organization, and supply ordering as needed.
• Replenish towels, beverages and guest amenities throughout the salon and spa areas.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and guest courtesy at all times.
• Assists in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude
• Previous luxury salon, spa or hospitality experience
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with grace and a smile
• Flexible in schedule and shifts as we are open 7 days/week
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 day per week, Fridays and Saturdays are REQUIRED
