Job summary

JUUT Holdings, Inc. seeks a Guest Service Specialist to deliver an elevated guest experience across reception, check-in, and checkout. You will welcome guests, escort them, and offer add-ons while maintaining data privacy and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include confirming appointments, upselling services, stocking shelves, and supporting salon operations. Prior experience in hospitality or retail is valued, with a minimum 3-hour shift per pay cycle to stay active.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some exposure to salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must work a minimum of one 3-hour shift per pay cycle to maintain active employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with the appropriate welcome for new or returning guests.
• Check in guests, provide a salon tour and welcome gift for new guests, offer add-ons as available.
• Escort guests to waiting area, hang coats, and offer beverages.
• Perform confirmation calls and promote add-ons during calls.
• Check out guests, ring up services, upsell retail, and schedule next appointment.
