Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, seeks a Salon Business Partner to grow the local Stylist and Salon community. You will drive sales through education, promotions, and strategic partnerships across OMNI channels in the DC/Northern Virginia area.

Expect to travel up to 75% to current and potential clients, attend trade shows, and deliver training while meeting quarterly sales objectives. The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong social media proficiency and digital channel savvy.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop salon/owner partnerships using OMNI channel strategies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives for assigned territory.
• Coordinate education, training and promotions for salon partners.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain customer data in sales systems.
