Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Salon Business Partner to drive growth in Boise and surrounding areas. The role focuses on consultative sales, building strong salon partnerships, and leveraging our OMNI channels for education and promotion.

You will coordinate with brand partners to schedule events, training, and promotions, while meeting sales objectives across the assigned territory and driving education initiatives to elevate salon business success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outside sales or beauty industry experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills and customer service.
• Comfort with social media and digital engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must live within assigned territory and be able to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop salon relationships using OMNI channel and tailored business plans.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for territory.
• Coordinate education events, trainings, and promotions with brand partners.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist salons with education and business development strategies.
