Responsibilities

• Sales: Proactively recommend retail products; achieve/exceed sales targets; educate guests on product benefits; partner with stylists at checkout; support promotions and product launches; upsell to meet productivity goals; drive sales using FindMore; promote JCPenney Rewards and credit card usage.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly; listen actively; provide seamless, personalized experience from check-in to check-out; confirm appointments and answer questions; collaborate with team; uphold high hospitality standards.
• General Operations: Maintain attendance and on-time standards; participate in training; promote events to drive traffic and bookings; attend meetings; ensure front desk scheduling, guest check-in/out, and payments run smoothly; keep salon retail area clean and organized; handle inquiries; manage inventory and alert leadership on low stock; follow safety/sanitation procedures.
