Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development including training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Develops new and existing associates through bather/stylist certification.
• Identifies candidates for academy training to become stylists.
• Delegates and validates completion of daily salon tasks; addresses associate concerns.
• Maintains salon standards and drives a culture of policy compliance; performs grooming services and promotes salon sales.
