Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) to provide exceptional service to pet parents and support a high performing team while aligning with PetSmart’s vision and values. The role focuses on delivering professional grooming services and developing bathers and new stylists through the grooming development program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports associate development through training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Develops new and existing associates through bather/stylist certification and academy training.
• Identify candidates to attend academy training to become stylists.
• Manage daily salon tasks and ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
• Promote salon services and merchandise to drive sales and rebooking.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and humane conditions for pets in grooming areas.
