The role emphasizes developing bathers and new stylists through the grooming development program, with opportunity to advance within a value-driven, team-oriented retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience; may be asked to complete a technical exam.
• Full-time availability; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development.
• Develops associates through bather/stylist certification.
• Identifies candidates for academy training to become stylists.
• Delegates and validates completion of salon tasks.
• Addresses associate complaints and grievances.
• Keeps salon and store experiences aligned with policies and ethics.
