Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience.
• Full-time availability; even/logistics across evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with grooming tools, equipment, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon team development and coaching; support growth and certification of bathers and stylists.
• Enhance pet parent experience via grooming services and customer interactions.
• Promote salon sales and meet productivity targets.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and humane pet handling in grooming areas.
