Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Partner with styling and service teams to keep the day running smoothly.
• Help with retail and service opportunities.
• Support clients with questions, appointment changes, and general needs.
