Job summary

Lincoln Electric seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will translate requirements for Salesforce platforms, web technologies, and digital solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in business analysis, deep Salesforce knowledge, and experience with Agile delivery. This role sits in our IT function in Euclid (Cleveland area) and reports to the IT team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and challenges.
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and write user stories.
Create BRDs, use cases, and acceptance criteria for solutions.
Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business teams on designs.
Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related capabilities.
Gather requirements for web enhancements and digital solutions.
Coordinate testing, UAT, and release validation with project teams.
Define reports and dashboards using Salesforce and BI tools.
