Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who bridges business stakeholders and technical teams by translating needs into Salesforce requirements. The role supports Agile delivery with requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria to deliver measurable value.

You will work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, write user stories, maintain BRDs/FRDs, participate in UAT, and support release readiness while aligning solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Provide functional guidance on Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows/flows, validations, reports, and dashboards.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenario creation and validation.
• Support release readiness and post-deployment validation activities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure readiness of user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder review sessions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to project and delivery leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure proper documentation and communication of changes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts including data models, security, automation, reports, and dashboards
• Hands‑on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
