Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery (Studio+). You will lead and deliver digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams to align requirements with client needs.

You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, guiding both technical and non-technical teams, with travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years in Salesforce delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading analysts and developers.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Experience with architecture to Salesforce solution mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery with architecture oversight and client growth.
• Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Direct teams to deliver Salesforce platform solutions on time and budget.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and project scope.
