Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+. The role partners with business and experience teams to lead digital transformation on Salesforce, overseeing scope, timelines, costs, and quality across global client engagements.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensure requirements align with client vision, and contribute to domain thought leadership while managing sales opportunities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
Minimum 5 years leading analysts and developers.
Experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery with client leadership and architecture oversight.
Lead multiple engagements and cross-team delivery across onshore/offshore groups.
Manage client relationships, revenue, and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans, budgets, and pricing in pursuit efforts.
Travel as required by external clients.
