Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+ across client engagements. You will drive change, manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, and lead both technical and non-technical teams delivering Salesforce solutions.

The role emphasizes business-led, technology-enabled delivery with a focus on client satisfaction, revenue growth, and offshore/onshore team coordination in a global professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities.
• Provide leadership and direction up to Managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed.
• Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients.
