Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery (Studio+) to lead digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform. You will partner with business and experience counterparts to drive delivery, manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, and guide both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years in Salesforce implementations with teams of 5+.
Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
Minimum 5 years of architecture experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
Lead multiple engagements and teams to deliver solutions on Salesforce platform.
Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and project budgets.
Oversee cross-teaming and engagement economics across onshore and offshore teams.
Travel as required by client engagements.
