Job summary

EY requires a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. You will drive digital transformation programs on Salesforce, align business requirements with technology, and manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality across multiple teams and client engagements.

You will lead both technical and non-technical teams, partner with business and experience counterparts, and help grow key accounts while delivering high-value client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5-7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of leading practices and prior consulting experience relevant to industry business and technology functions.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight and growth responsibilities.
• Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve solution delivery.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel requirements: required as needed by external clients.
