Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation with large teams (five+).
• 3+ years leading analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Certifications or demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments.
• Define target‑state roadmaps balancing business value, AI adoption, governance, and security.
• Design AI‑assisted solutions including prompts, grounding, and adoption plans.
• Guide teams in using enterprise tools to deliver practical, measurable outcomes.
• Establish standards, governance, and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
