Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape solution direction across complex Salesforce programs. You will bridge business strategy, data architecture, AI enablement, and delivery execution while guiding teams through multi-cloud environments.

You will lead discovery sessions, define roadmaps, and partner with EY leadership to ensure value realization and long-term scalability of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, LWCs, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure data/integration patterns.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy and data grounding.
• Guide teams to use Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, and enterprise sources for practical solutions.
• Establish design standards, governance considerations, and reusable patterns for Salesforce delivery.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including solution shaping and estimates.
• Identify and mitigate risks across design, data, security, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality client-ready recommendations.
• Track value realization and long-term scalability of implemented solutions.
