Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architecture Manager to embed with client teams and drive AI-enabled Salesforce programs across multi-cloud environments. You will shape strategy, design, and governance to deliver measurable value for clients in a rapidly growing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure data/integration patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with executive sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments including Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud/Data 360.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, governance, data readiness, security, and feasibility.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions with prompt strategy, data grounding, and operating model design.
• Guide use of Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and related tools to deliver practical, measurable improvements.
• Establish design standards, architecture records, reusable patterns, and quality checkpoints for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFPs, and delivery planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks across process design, technology, data, and privacy.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to deliver client-ready work.
