Job summary

EY is recruiting a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape solution direction across complex Salesforce programs. You will bridge business strategy with data and integration architecture, AI enablement, and governance, delivering value through thoughtful design and delivery execution.

You will lead AI-enabled transformations, guide agentic solutions, and collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWCs, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and secure data patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors and delivery teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Data Cloud).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, data readiness, security, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions including prompt strategy and trusted data grounding.
• Guide teams in using Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, and related sources to create practical solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFP responses, and statements of work.
• Identify and mitigate risks across business process, technology, data, security, and change management.
• Coach analysts, consultants, and architects to deliver client-ready recommendations.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long-term scalability.
