Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Solution Architecture, to lead complex multi-cloud programs embedded with client teams. You will bridge business strategy, data, integration, and AI enablement, guiding governance and delivery across Salesforce platforms.

You will mentor analysts and developers while partnering with EY leadership to track value realization, adoption, and long-term scalability of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce solution/technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, and integrations.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users, and teams to define outcomes and processes.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy and data grounding.
• Guide teams in Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, APIs for practical, productive solutions.
• Establish design standards, governance, and reusable patterns for Salesforce delivery.
