Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to join our project teams, bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will design and configure Salesforce, work directly with clients, and lead delivery across workstreams while applying best practices.

The role requires hands‑on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), certifications, and the ability to travel up to 20%. You'll collaborate with architects, PMs, analysts, and developers to ensure high quality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands‑on competency with Salesforce core products, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and a minimum of 4+ years of experience on Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑sales discovery; document business, functional, and technical requirements; translate the proposed solution into a Scope of Work.
• Partner with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to estimate implementation effort and skills needed.
• Capture business needs, define requirements, and map current and future‑state processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and best practices.
• Own assigned workstreams as a hands‑on builder, collaborating with Architects, PMs, Analysts, and Developers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, kickoffs, demonstrations, and client status discussions.
• Build and maintain declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, dashboards, and other components.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with the technical team.
• Create and execute test plans, perform testing, support UAT, and ensure quality.
• Document designs and configurations, deliver end‑user training, and drive deployment and post‑launch support.
