Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, Sales/Service Cloud configurations.
• Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs + 4+ years on Salesforce platform.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle: discovery to support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable Salesforce solutions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to guide teammates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery and translate requirements into a clear Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with cross-functional teams.
• Capture business needs and map current/future processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Own workstreams and deliver deployment-ready solutions.
