Job summary

Crowe is looking for a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems with technical solutions for clients. You will engage with customers, design custom solutions, and drive implementations from start to finish.

Expect to lead delivery with a cross-functional team, provide consultative guidance on best practices, and travel up to 20% as needed. A Salesforce Certification or MBA plus 5+ years on the Salesforce platform are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency & experience with all Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and a minimum of 5+ years' experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and requirements capturing to generate a solution and Scope of Work.
• Lead project implementation & oversee architectural design and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, PMs and analysts to ensure project delivery.
• Facilitate client meetings, kick-offs, and weekly status updates.
• Provide final QA of all completed work and support end-user training.
