Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Application Manager to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing support of Salesforce Service Cloud applications that power our member service experience. This role builds a unified workspace for service representatives across contact centers and branches, connecting membership, insurance, billing, and other enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive enterprise app development and Salesforce experience.
Proven experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Hands-on Salesforce expertise with Service Cloud, case management, and integrations.
Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Salesforce team; coach and set expectations for quality and delivery.
Own application delivery; manage backlog, release plans, dependencies, and capabilities.
Oversee Service Cloud design and implementation: case management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge.
Provide technical leadership across Apex, LWCs, Flow, and integrations; promote reusable solutions.
