Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks an experienced Salesforce Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for diverse clients in the United States. You will act as a trusted partner, guiding change management and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

You will lead configurations, drive project execution, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor junior colleagues while leveraging AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services experience.
• Experience implementing Salesforce and leading optimization projects.
• Experience covering planning to go-live and project mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in all aspects of the process.
• Act as the primary driver of the project, leading the project team while also completing configuration tasks.
• Take ownership of the technical aspects of the project, ensuring successful implementation.
• Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accountability for delivery quality and excellence, overseeing junior team members and risk management.
• Oversee scheduling of configuration, testing, and go-live prep and coordinate third-party apps integrations.
• Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce within the client’s environment and manage solution design and testing.
• Assist in preparing baseline SOWs or change orders as needed.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions compliant with data protection and standards.
