Job summary
Docplanner is scaling an APEX-first Salesforce platform across multiple countries and business lines. As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll design and build scalable Salesforce solutions powering Customer Support/Success and the Customer Experience ecosystem.
You’ll work with Product, BAs, Architects, Admins, and QA to deliver reliable, high-quality releases. You’ll develop robust backend services, integrations, Experience Cloud capabilities, and AI-driven customer interactions while collaborating
Qualifications
- : 2-5+ years Salesforce development with focus on Apex.
- : Strong hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
- : Experience developing for Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner portals).
- : Experience implementing Digital Engagement channels (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS).
- : Experience integrating Einstein Bots or AI assistants.
- : Proficient with enterprise Apex patterns, bulkification, and async processing.
- : Strong integration experience using Apex REST, HTTP callouts, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and async integrations.
- : Knowledge of SOQL performance tuning, data modeling, and Salesforce security.
Responsibilities
- : Design and build scalable Salesforce Apex solutions and REST APIs.
- : Enhance Service Cloud capabilities including entitlements, milestones, routing, and automation.
- : Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for self-service experiences.
- : Implement Digital Engagement channels (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS).
- : Develop AI-powered bot conversations and integrations with Apex, Flows, and external systems.
- : Collaborate with Product/Architects/QA on scalable architecture and security.
- : Participate in CI/CD with Git, DevOps Center, packaging, and safe deployments.
- : Maintain documentation and run UAT, troubleshoot incidents with logs and monitoring.
- : Ensure performance for high-volume data and reduce technical debt.
