Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to serve as a technical leader across our Salesforce ecosystem. You will own end‑to‑end designs for Service Cloud, FSL, and integrations, guiding architectural decisions and standards.

The role emphasizes scalable, secure enterprise solutions with AI agent capabilities. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, expertise in LWC/Apex, and strong DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in large‑scale, multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce DevOps using Gearset, Git‑based workflows, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical design for major Salesforce initiatives across Service Cloud, FSL, and integrations.
• Define engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for LWC, APEX, integrations, and DevOps.
• Lead development of Agentforce or AI agents and embed automation into agent/field workflows.
• Architect and implement advanced Service Cloud capabilities including omni‑channel routing and case automation.
• Oversee FSL implementations including scheduling logic, dispatcher console customization, and mobile app extensibility.
