Qualifications

• 5+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce, especially Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• 2+ years with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• 3+ years leading ITSM projects including ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to document requirements and work with Apex, VisualForce, LWC and Web Services.
• Experience delivering multi-environment Salesforce deployments and integration with legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide client advisory services and best practices in Salesforce implementations.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce design and technical specifications.
• Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce projects, including SDLC governance and multi-environment management.
• Collaborate with AI teams to create innovative Salesforce solutions for customers.
• Deliver end-user training and project communications, and manage stakeholder expectations.
