You will design scalable components using LWC/Apex, drive DevOps practices, and guide integration strategies across platforms.

The role emphasizes mentoring, technical leadership, and governance to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant delivery for complex enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in LWC/Apex/Service Cloud and FSL.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and security/sharing models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical design for major Salesforce initiatives across Service Cloud and FSL.
• Define engineering standards for LWC, APEX, integrations and DevOps.
• Lead multi-cloud architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and drive technical delivery and governance.
