Job summary

Compass Family Services is seeking a part-time Impact Associate to fulfill Salesforce reporting, train staff, and respond to tickets. The role requires attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with a collaborative team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities include building reports, pulling data for meetings and funders, and supporting Salesforce app usage while ensuring data integrity across programs. Hybrid on-site role with training period on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex Salesforce reports or equivalent in another database.
• Ability to manipulate data and create visuals in Excel with pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting requests and build/edit reports and formulas to meet program and funder needs.
• Pull data for quarterly data meetings and recurring reports for funders.
• Train new staff on Salesforce and support ticket handling.
• Create custom fields/objects and support Salesforce apps used by programs.
• Document processes for training and support special projects as needed.
