Qualifications

• At least one year of experience building complex reports in Salesforce or two years in another database.
• Salesforce Administrator certificate is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manipulate data and create visuals in Excel.
• Ability to communicate well across various levels in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce reporting requests and ensure accuracy.
• Train new staff on Salesforce usage.
• Respond to Salesforce help desk tickets.
• Create and analyze reports as required.
