Job summary

The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore is seeking a Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst to help design better business processes, improve user experiences, and enable smarter decision-making across the organization.

This full-time, hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and offers opportunities to impact fundraising, engagement, and community impact through analytics and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of CRM, database, or business systems experience.
• Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus).
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and enhancing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Creating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights.
• Troubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issues.
• Developing documentation and delivering engaging user training.
• Supporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technology.
• Participating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvements.
• Championing data quality and CRM best practices.
